- Establishment of the Mass Media Association ( Kirana )
- Held the inaugural Mass Media Day “Kirana 2006”
- Received a special award at the Mass Media Competition conducted by St. Aloysius College, Galle.
- Donated a FM mike to the school.
- Organized an exhibition depicting the history of the school at the 110th anniversary of the school.
